LAKASA, LLC ("we," "us," or "our") develops and publishes mobile applications on the Google Play Store. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information across all of our apps, including Prism Stack, Sphere Stack, and Pedorthic Atlas.

1. Information We Collect

LAKASA, LLC does not directly collect any personally identifiable information (PII). None of our apps require account creation, registration, or sign-in to use. However, certain apps integrate third-party services that may collect data as described below.

2. Data Stored on Your Device

Our apps store data locally on your device only. This may include:

• Game scores, statistics, and progress
• Achievement and level completion data
• App preferences (theme, difficulty, sound settings)
• Daily challenge streak data
• Quiz results and weak areas (Pedorthic Atlas)

This data is stored using Android's built-in storage mechanisms and never leaves your device. It is not transmitted to us or any third party. If you uninstall an app, this data is automatically deleted.

3. Third-Party Services

Some of our apps integrate third-party services. The specific integrations vary by app:

Prism Stack

• Google AdMob — Displays advertisements. AdMob may collect Advertising ID, device information, ad interaction data, and general location data (IP-based, not GPS). See the Advertising section below.
• Google Play Games Services — Optional leaderboard integration. If you choose to sign in, your scores may be shared with Google.

Sphere Stack

• Sphere Stack does not currently integrate any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking services.

Pedorthic Atlas

• Pedorthic Atlas is a fully offline application. It does not make network requests, connect to external servers, or integrate any third-party SDKs, advertising networks, or analytics platforms.

4. Advertising

Prism Stack displays advertisements through Google AdMob. AdMob may collect and use certain data to serve and personalize ads, including:

• Advertising ID (a resettable device identifier)
• Device information (device model, operating system version)
• Ad interaction data (impressions, clicks)
• General location data (IP-based, not precise GPS)

This data is collected and processed by Google in accordance with Google's Privacy Policy. You can opt out of personalized advertising by adjusting your device settings under Settings > Google > Ads > "Opt out of Ads Personalization," or by resetting your Advertising ID.

We do not have access to any personally identifiable information collected by AdMob.

5. Children's Privacy

Our apps are not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Apps that display advertising (Prism Stack) may expose users to third-party data collection as described in the Advertising section above. Pedorthic Atlas is designed for professional use by licensed and student pedorthists.

6. Permissions

Our apps may request the following device permissions:

• Vibrate: Used for haptic feedback during gameplay. No data is collected.
• Internet: Used by Prism Stack to serve advertisements and connect to Google Play Games Services.
• AD_ID: Used by Prism Stack for Google AdMob to serve and measure advertisements.

Sphere Stack and Pedorthic Atlas do not require internet access or advertising permissions.

7. Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or transfer any user data to third parties. Where third-party services are integrated (Google AdMob, Google Play Games), those services may collect and process data as described in their respective privacy policies. We do not have direct access to any personally identifiable data collected by these services.

8. Data Security

All app data is stored locally on your device using Android's built-in secure storage mechanisms. Data transmitted to third-party services is handled according to their respective security standards.

9. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated revision date. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
